Anat is the CEO of Synchrony Medical, a MedTech startup dedicated to transforming respiratory care. She has been leading the company since its inception in 2020 as a MEDX Xelerator portfolio company, based on innovative technology developed alongside pulmonologists from the Sheba Medical Center. During this period, she successfully led product development and clinical validation, ultimately securing FDA 510(k) clearance to bring the LibAirty system – an at-home airway clearance device for people living with chronic lung disease – to market.

Anat has over a decade of experience in the development of wearable medical devices, overseeing projects from the initial concept phase through to product launch. 

Prior to founding Synchrony Medical, she served as an R&D Project Manager at Sensible Medical, where she led the development of a multi-disciplinary wearable device for heart failure monitoring. Anat holds a B.Sc. in Bio-Medical Engineering (summa cum laude) from the Ben-Gurion University and an MBA focused on innovation and entrepreneurship from the Reichman University. 

Anat lives in Tel Aviv and is a proud mother of two young daughters.
