Avi Yaron is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Serendipity Impact VC, and a medical/neuro technology expert. As a visionary entrepreneur and Executive Chairman, he has invented, founded and led disruptive companies, including Visionsense, which he created after his own inoperable brain tumor diagnosis. He co-founded Joy Ventures (2016) and HealthYA Ventures (2019), which returned 4.3x in two years.
Former lieutenant in Israeli Intelligence (8200), with a BS in Electrical Engineering from TAU and Executive MS in Management from BU, Avi teaches MBA courses in Israel and the US, mentors entrepreneurs, and supports brain tumor patients pro bono.
