Prior to this Conrad was Executive Vice President at Royal Philips, where he created and led the global services organization and led global sales for Royal Philips, global sales for Philips consumer healthcare and was division president for Ultrasound, MRI and Oral Care.

Conrad also served as general manager, chief marketing officer, and strategy and commercial roles at  Group Danone, The Coca-Cola Company, Heineken NV and Sara Lee.
