Eliav Ser – Serial Entrepreneur, CEO & Co-Founder of WalkImpact

Eliav Ser is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, management, and company growth — mainly in high-tech and startups. He founded his first business at 13 and his first tech startup at 16. He currently serves as a Major (Res.) in operational positions.

During his reserve service in the “Swords of Iron” war, Eliav founded WalkImpact – a mental-health tech startup that develops AI-powered clinical tools to strengthen resilience and help security, emergency, and medical forces and their families cope better with trauma.

He has led dozens of teams, hundreds of campaigns, and managed multi-million-dollar budgets. Eliav is also a founding leader of High-Tech for Israel, a mentor, and a public speaker on generative AI and human-centered innovation.

He’s a people-person who believes technology is not the goal but a tool to create real, large-scale change. Based in Tel Aviv, he runs and walks marathons along the beach promenade, ending his days watching the sunset — a daily reminder of why he started this journey: to help people heal, grow, and move forward, one step at a time.
