Overview

Iris Shtein is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mentaily, an award-winning mental health platform leveraging advanced AI and GenAI technologies to transform the way mental health care is delivered. Developed in collaboration with Microsoft’s Global Black Belt team and Sheba Medical Center, Mentaily provides scalable clinical decision-support

solutions that help address the global shortage of mental health professionals. 

The company works with governmental and defense organizations, including the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and serves multiple clients across Israel. Mentaily was recognized by Microsoft as one of the world’s Top 20 “AI for Good” ventures and received a national award for governmental innovation during times of crisis. The company has recently completed an oversubscribed seed round and is now expanding its operations to the United States,

establishing partnerships with leading U.S. institutions, including the Department of Defense. Most recently, Mentaily signed an agreement to expand the use of its platform into the field of children and adolescents’ mental health, marking a major milestone in its mission to make early detection and personalized care accessible to all.

Iris holds an MBA from Reichman University and a Master of Public Health from Ben-Gurion

University.
