I am a serial bioentrepreneur with over 20 years of combined industry and academic experience, leading interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of biotechnology, applied immunology, engineering, and data science across therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, and digital health.

I co-founded MeMed Dx, where I served as Chairman (2016-2024) and CTO (Inception- 2020), and led the full lifecycle of the company’s technology platform—from a concept sketched on a napkin through invention, development, clinical validation, regulatory approval, and manufacturing. This included the development of the MeMed BV™ host-

response technology and the MeMed Key™ point-of-care platform, both now clinically deployed and served to treat >100000 patients thus far.

I hold a dual background in Medicine (MD studies, Technion) and Immunology (Biology Faculty, Technion, summa cum laude) and have authored >100 granted and pending patents >35 peer-reviewed publications. My work has been recognized with multiple research excellence awards, including the Gutwirth Excellence Award and the Wolf

Award for Research Students, and I was named one of the Top 25 Voices in Precision Medicine (2019).

I had the privilege to be among the early inceptors of the AI-driven health data company Navina.ai, where I served as Chief Strategy Officer, helping shape its product, clinical, commercial, and data strategy.

In 2020, I founded Canopy Immuno-Therapeutics, where I currently serve as CEO. Canopy is a late pre-clinical immunology company developing a novel, potentially curative immunotherapeutic platform for antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases.
