Nitsan Maayan-Rabinowich Driven by my passion to positively impact people's lives, I'm a business leader and ex-professional athlete with a management consultancy background and formal education in law and accounting gained at TLV University. Grit is my superpower, and decision-making is, in my belief, my greatest strength. I believe in meritocracy and mission-driven leadership and do my best to act upon this belief. I joined Sight Diagnostics in February 2021 as Chief of Staff and was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer around two years later, leading the product, corporate development, and marketing departments. In April 2024, while I was 20 weeks pregnant with my second child, Sight’s board of directors asked me to take command and rethink Sight. I decided to accept the challenge.
