Overview

Arie Kramer is the Managing Director and founder of the Israeli affiliate of Takeda Pharmaceutical. Under his leadership, Takeda is advancing practical, cross-sector collaborations between local technology companies, government bodies, and healthcare payers. These initiatives aim to improve health outcomes and elevate the standard of care, with the ultimate goal of scaling successful solutions globally.
Arie also serves as the Chairman  the Board of Pharma Israel, the local trade association representing all multinational pharmaceutical companies operating in Israel, aiming to transform the Israeli Health Eco-system to a more sustainable environment for innovation in health.  
With over 25 years of executive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Arie began his career at a local biotech company in Nes-Tsiona and has since built a distinguished track record of leadership and innovation.
