Overview
Eran Kotler, Ph.D. is a biotech entrepreneur and scientist integrating computational biology, AI,
and translational medicine to advance precision therapeutics. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of
Cellyrix Therapeutics, a biotechnology company pioneering a platform for cell-state modulation
therapies in oncology and beyond. Prior to founding Cellyrix, Dr. Kotler was a postdoctoral
fellow at Stanford University, where he combined single-cell genomics, machine learning, and
cancer biology to uncover mechanisms of tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance.
Dr. Kotler holds a Ph.D. in Systems Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a B.Sc.
in Biology from Tel Aviv University’s Adi Lautman Program for Outstanding Students. He brings
over a decade of experience spanning academia and startups at the intersection of molecular
and computational biology.
