Rachelle Neumann is the CEO of Exosomm, a biotechnology company pioneering the use of milk-derived exosomes to address chronic inflammation. With over 25 years of global leadership experience across biotech, medtech, and industrial sectors, she has driven innovation, growth, and strategic transformation at leading organizations, including Philips, Toyota, Teva, Roche, and KPMG.

A seasoned executive and corporate spokesperson, Rachelle brings deep expertise in strategy, business development, and stakeholder engagement. Her multicultural background—originally from Mexico and now based in Israel—enables her to lead across borders and build impactful international partnerships.

Rachelle holds an MBA, is a licensed CPA, and has completed graduate and executive programs at USC and Wharton. She is also a dedicated mentor, a volunteer at several NGOs, and a former university professor.
