Currently serves as CEO and Director at Biosight, an advanced clinical-stage biotech company developing innovative pharmaceuticals for the treatment of hematological malignancies and disorders. Dr. Ben Yakar serves/d on Board of Directors of biotech companies traded on NASDAQ and TASE, a business consultant , and a guest lecturer at the Recanati Business School. Former CEO at Procognia and Thrombotech, Chief Business Officer at YEDA R&D, VP at Gamida Cell, and Co-Founder of BioCenter Israel. Holds a PhD Cum Laude from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
