Overview

Uri Yaron is a HealthTech and Life Sciences investment executive who serves on multiple BODs and is the Chairman of the Open University of Israel. In his previous role he served as the WW President of Biosense Webster (BWI), a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Previously, Uri held several positions in R&D, Business Development and General Management at Biosense Webster, Cordis, Cerenovus, Mentor, Acclarent, ASP & Sterilmed. Uri was a Member of the Technical Staff at the Micro-Physics Research Lab of AT&T Bell Laboratories. Uri serves on the Board of Directors of the Western States of the American Heart Association. In addition, Uri teaches an MBA course at the BioMed MBA Program of the Hebrew University, and coaches senior combat officers of the Israeli Defense Forces. Uri holds a PhD in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
