Overview

I am an experienced leader with a strong focus on innovation, medical device development, and strategic business growth. I hold an MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and am a graduate of the prestigious Merage Institute’s Lean Launchpad program in Israel, which emphasizes entrepreneurship and business development for medical and pharma companies. I also completed the Hadassah Medical Center’s Bio-Design program, a rigorous innovation track that provided me with in-depth knowledge of FDA and CE regulations, patent processes, prototype development, and medical device commercialization. 

As the CEO and Co-Founder of CardioVia Ltd., I led the company from inception, managing all aspects including R&D, clinical studies, regulatory, and marketing activities while successfully raising over $5 million from investors and government grants. I have extensive experience in building partnerships, negotiating with hospitals and strategic partners, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes to bring innovative products to market. My broad background also includes leadership roles in corporate management and consulting, where I developed skills in negotiation, process optimization, project management, and operational efficiency. Fluent in Hebrew and English, with basic Italian, I excel at communication, teamwork, and working under high-pressure environments.
